March 2- approval by town council
May 14- finalized kitchen plans
May 27- secured Mr. B as architect and received blueprints
June 7- received "Baugenehmigung" or Building Permit
July 30- under contract to purchase building lot
August 21- Families M&F Richtfest
August 23- container from US arrives
August 27- Groundbreaking
September 3- Excavation completed
September 16- slabs for both garages poured
September 24- slab for house poured
November 10- cellar cover poured
November 13- started walls of first floor
November 25- concrete poured, covering first floor
January 10- begin second floor walls
January 12- permanent stairs installed
January 25- Second floor ceiling poured- EXTERIOR COMPLETE!
January 26- begin interior walls
February 9- Windows formally measured
February 11- roof framed
February 17- Roof complete
March 31- window installation complete
June 11- Richtfest
July 18- radiant heat completed
September 9- begin tiling
October 20- Interior paint complete
